I did Helen ...Jenn, crazily enough, I am competing. I did Helen yesterday just to stay loose and get some light work in. I didn't go hard, just about 75%. I'll probably go in tomorrow and stretch out and roll out... maybe row/run a bit, otherwise I have a feeling I'll be too loosey goosey and won't have anything to rely on... thanks for the well wishes. I'm hoping for no HSPU's, no MU's, and no DU's.
