The Black Box Caption Contest: Part Deux

So this morning when I got back from CrossFit, there was a little email waiting for me in my inbox bearing the subject of "Caption". Now, by this point, I had already figured out that something I had written had been posted somewhere, because my page was going bananas. Soooo... I discovered that someone from The Black Box had seen my post and posted the link to it in their comments. (CrossFit Virtuosity also posted me today. Thanks for posting that link! :) ) So my first thought when I saw my email was, "Oh f***". Someone is PISSED about my caption. But then when I read it, I started laughing hysterically. The email was from Jeff, one of the gentleman in the picture, and after reading my list of 34 ways, he had created his own caption for the photo. After reading the caption he wrote, I started laughing hysterically. It was hysterical. It won't make sense if you haven't read #30 below, so do that first, and then laugh at Jeff... well with him.
