Haha! You said gluteus maximum again! :) The half training... yeeeeeaaaahhh... about that... I need to rectify my shoe problem and then start hitting the running hard... I've been a total slacker on that... I'm still running during the week in the circuits and stuff, but my longer weekend runs have taken a hit with all this traveling... got to get back in it or I will not make the 1/2... I will have to walk... or die... one of the two...
Hey, I've been feeling mentally drained the past few weeks myself. I've been trying to fit my workout in whenever I was having a good outlook on working out instead of sticking to schedule. My mind is telling me I'm not improving and that it's more fund to sit around and play Grand Theft Auto IV. But today I woke up and shaved 3 and half minutes off my Fran PR. Shut up stupid brain!
Splint that's awesome! It's really hard to drop time on Fran! I take that back.. it's freakin' pheonomenal! Way to go!
